Where are you located?

Cowgirl Desserts is based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming — baked in the shadow of the Grand Tetons. We offer local delivery throughout the Jackson Hole area and surrounding ZIP codes.

How far in advance should I order?

All items are baked fresh to order. We ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for standard orders. For custom cakes or large orders, please reach out at least one week in advance so we can give your order the attention it deserves.

Do you offer custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Custom cakes, cookie sets, and gift boxes are a specialty. Use the Custom Order button on any product page or email us at hello@cowgirldesserts.com with your vision and we'll make it happen.

What are your delivery zones?

We offer free delivery to Jackson Hole area ZIP codes (83001, 83002, 83014, 83025). A $50 delivery fee applies to extended zones (83422, 83455, 83128). For delivery outside these areas, contact us directly.

Do you ship nationwide?

We are working on nationwide shipping. In the meantime, if you're outside our local delivery area and would love to get your hands on Cowgirl Desserts, email us at hello@cowgirldesserts.com — we'll do our best to make it work.

Are your products made with real, quality ingredients?

Always. Every item is handcrafted in small batches using the finest ingredients — real butter, fresh eggs, quality chocolate, and seasonal produce when available. No shortcuts, ever.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

We can accommodate some dietary needs on custom orders — please reach out before ordering so we can discuss what's possible. Our kitchen does handle common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are perishable handcrafted food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can also view your order history by logging into your account at cowgirldesserts.com/account.
