All items are baked fresh to order. Please allow 24–48 hours for preparation. Delivery windows are coordinated directly — you'll receive a confirmation email with details after your order is placed.

Returns & Satisfaction
Because all of our products are handcrafted perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is everything to us.
If there is any issue with your order — damaged items, incorrect products, or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a photo and description of the issue. We will make it right.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
